PT Transcon Indonesia is a company operating in the logistics sector. Not only is it committed to providing the best service for customers, this company also always tries to give appreciation to employees with the best performance and high loyalty.

One of them is through giving awards to disciplined employees which is held every 3 months. This award applies to all company branch offices, namely in Jakarta, Surabaya and Medan.

Two disciplined employees will be selected from each branch with reference to several indicators of high levels of discipline, namely always arriving on time and never being absent or missing work.

Disciplined Employee Awarding Event for the Period July - September 2022

Giving awards to disciplined employees is not only done this once. This agenda is routinely carried out every 3 months, such as at the awards event which was held on Saturday, November 12 2022, which was attended by employees including employees who had been selected from 3 branches.

At this event, 2 employees from all branches Siti Fatimah & Resal from the Surabaya branch, Azmi & Syafii from the Medan branch, Andi Ahmad & Arfan from the Jakarta branch were designated as the most disciplined employees for the period July to September 2022.

This event was held online via Google Meet, making it possible for employees from different cities to take part. Starting from lunch together to the top of the awards were some of the main activities this time.

Not just having lunch together, at this awarding event there was also a sharing or experience sharing session where employees could share experiences and activities at each branch which were certainly diverse and had differences.

This moment was also attended by Mrs. Linda Setyaningrum as the company's Compliance and Commercial Manager who also provided remarks and motivation for selected disciplined employees.

The activities for this period ran smoothly and gave a deep impression to the employees. They looked very enthusiastic during the activity.

A form of company appreciation for employees

Giving awards to employees, which is a routine agenda, is a mandatory activity held by the company. Not only to show appreciation for disciplined employees, holding this event can also be a forum for other employees to share experiences so that they can broaden their insight and increase their enthusiasm to continue to have good performance.

Having many benefits, agendas like this will continue to be held to provide motivation for all staff and also as a form of positive appreciation from the company.
